Johnson Bros. Rubber Company is a premier sponge rubber molder specializing in custom molded cellular sponge and solid (dense) rubber products for over 75 years. We offer complete in-house service from development of compounds to mixing, testing, prepping, and molding.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations contributing towards improving safety and maintenance efficiencies at our West Salem, OH facility. This is a Third Shift position.

Experience, required skills/abilities:

• 2 Years maintenance and mechanical experience
• Troubleshoot and maintain all machines and equipment
• Ability to follow a complete maintenance program for all machinery, equipment and building infrastructure
• Follow up on maintenance repairs for timeliness and accuracy
• Manage several priorities at once
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Passionate about maintaining a safe work environment
• Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines
• Must have a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
